Join certified Adult Learn-to-Swim (ALTS) instructors and their teams of volunteer USMS members as they host FREE Adult Learn-to-Swim classes in Louisville at the Central High School, The Academy at Shawnee, and Mary T. Meagher Aquatic Center.

• Introduction to the Water/Overcoming Fear
• Breathing and Submersion
• Floating and Gliding (front & back)
• Freestyle and Breathing
• Treading Water
• Jumping into Deep Water
• Pool Exit
• Other Strokes (elementary backstroke, breaststroke)
This programming is made possible through a grant from the USMS Swimming Saves Lives Foundation.
